　　Hello!

　　I am sad to announce that a dear friend and a brilliant renju player Tunnet Taimla passed away on the 9th of February this year at the age of 34.

　　Tunnet’s extraordinary talent for mind sports surfaced already at a very young age.He was crowned Renju Youth European Champion at the age of 11 and won his first Renju World Championship title only four years later in 2003 at the age of 15 remaining the youngest ever Renju World Champion.He won his second Renju World Championship title in 2013.Tunnet was in the Estonian National Renju team since 2000 and has also won the Team World Championship title on three different occasions in 2008,2014 and 2016.

　　Tunnet wanted to make the World a better place.He was involved in the development of young renju players and he was the founder of Renju News site.Tunnet was elected vice-president of the Renju International Federation in April 2022.

　　Tunnet will be dearly missed!Rest in peace,Tunnet!

　　Tunnet’s funeral will be held this Saturday,18th of February,in Tallinn.

　　我很难过地宣布，我的一个亲爱的朋友和一个辉煌的五子棋选手Tunnet Taimla于今年2月9日去世，年仅34岁。

　　Tunnet在智力运动方面的非凡天赋在很小的时候就已经显露出来了。他在11岁的时候被加冕为欧洲青年五子棋冠军，并在四年后的2003年赢得了他的第一个五子棋世界锦标赛冠军，当时他只有15岁，是有史以来最年轻的五子棋世界冠军。2013年获得第二个连珠世界锦标赛冠军。Tunnet自2000年起加入爱沙尼亚国家五子棋队，并在2008年、2014年和2016年三次赢得世界团体锦标赛冠军。

　　Tunnet想让世界变得更美好。他参与了年轻的连珠玩家的发展，他是连珠新闻网站的创始人。Tunnet于2022年4月当选为连珠国际联合会副主席。

　　我们会非常想念Tunnet的！安息吧，吞尼特！

　　Tunnet的葬礼将于本周六2月18日在塔林举行。
