2024年世界五子棋团体锦标赛竞赛规程

2024年4月30日至5月5日，山东省新泰市。比赛将于5月5日中午结束。

团体赛（有禁组、无禁组）
六、比赛用时
比赛每方限时120分钟，每走一步加30秒。
七、参赛资格与竞赛办法
按照国际连珠联盟《世界锦标赛竞赛规定》执行。
八、报名与报到
（一）报名
1.各协会统一报名，于4月1日前将报名表（见附件）发到邮箱zgqywzq 126.com。如需要邀请函，请抄送邮件至silvia_sunjn yeah.net，并附上护照扫描页。
2.本次比赛不收取参赛费。
（二）报到
1.参赛代表队于4月29日17：00前报到。报到时必须携带护照原件办理入住手续。
2.报到及比赛地点：新泰荣峰国际饭店（山东省新泰市滨湖路与青龙路交汇处）。
3.组委会提供每个协会每支代表队2个免食宿名额（联合组队时，每个协会2个免食宿名额）。其它参加比赛人员标准间住宿费每人160元/天，单人间住宿费每人320元/天，餐费每人140元/天。
4.参赛人员自行购买途中和比赛期间人身安全责任保险。
九、交通方式
（一）从北京机场到竞赛酒店
1.4月15日开始，参赛人员可以在12306英文版网站（https://www.12306.cn/en/index.html）或铁路12306官方APP提前购买4月29日北京南站至泰安站的高铁火车票。
2.4月21日开始，参赛人员可以采用上述方式，购买5月5日泰安站至北京南站的返程车票。
3.购票完成后，各队将抵离泰安站的日期、车次和时间，在4月26日前发送至邮箱：silvia_sunjn yeah.net，并抄送：zgqywzq 126.com，以便组委会安排泰安火车站的接送站。
4.参赛人员抵达北京首都国际机场或北京大兴国际机场后，可以乘坐出租车前往北京南站，车程1-1.5小时。早上7-10点、下午4-7点到达的人员，建议预留2-2.5小时车程。
5.到达北京南站后，可以在人工柜台和自助取票机取票，通过对应的检票口，乘坐相应班次列车到达泰安站。
6.组委会根据各参赛队提供的车次信息，免费提供所有参赛人员泰安高铁站与比赛酒店间的接送站服务。到达赛区后，请各参赛队与组委会核对送站车次和时间。
（二）从山东机场到竞赛酒店
1.各队将抵离济南遥墙国际机场的日期、航班班次和时间，在4月26日前发送至邮箱：silvia_sunjn yeah.net，并抄送：zgqywzq 126.com
2.组委会根据各参赛队提供的航班信息，免费提供所有参赛人员济南遥墙国际机场与比赛酒店间的接送站服务。到达赛区后，请各参赛队与组委会核对送站时间。

4 Competition Date and Place

7 Qualification and competition methods
The latest RIF World Championship regulations shall be observed.
8 Entry and Registration
8.1 Entry
(1)Players should entry via your national/regional association with the Entry Form(Annex 1)email to zgqywzq 126.com before April 1,2024.If visa invitation needed,please cc to silvia_sunjn yeah.net with passport copies.
(2)No entry fee.
8.2 Registration
(1)All teams should arrive the playing hotel before 17:00 on April 29 with passports for room check-in.
(2)Registration and playing venue is Xintai Rongfeng International Hotel(the cross point of Binhu Road and Qinglong Road,Xintai Municipality,Shandong Province)
(3)The LOC will provide 2 free accommodation for each association each team(if joint team,2 free accommodation for each association).Price of accommodation for other participants is double room 160 CNY per person per day and single room 320 CNY per person per day,meal fee is 140 CNY per person per day.
(4)All participants should buy their personal safety liability insurance for the whole trip and during the tournament.
9 Transport
9.1 From Beijing Airport to playing venue
(1)From April 15,participants could buy high speed train tickets(April 29,Beijing South Railway Station to Tai’an Station)in advance on 12306 website English version(https://www.12306.cn/en/index.html)or official app 12306.
(2)From April 21,participants could buy return tickets(May 5,Tai’an Station to Beijing South Railway Station)in the same way.
(3)After the purchase of train tickets,all teams should send the train numbers with passenger numbers to silvia_sunjn yeah.net while cc to zgqywzq 126.com,the LOC will arrange free pick-ups accordingly.
(4)After arriving at Beijing Airport,participants can take taxi(1-1.5 hours)to Beijing South Railway Station.If you arrive at 7am-10am and 4pm-7pm,please leave 2-2.5 hours for the distance.
(5)After arriving at Beijing South Railway Station,you can pick the tickets at the manual counter or self-service tickets machine.
(6)The LOC will provide free pick-ups for participants between Tai’an Station and playing venue.Upon your arrival at the playing venue,please confirm your return transport with the LOC.
9.2 From Jinan Airport to playing venue
(1)Participating teams should write your arrival/departure date,time and flight number to silvia_sunjn yeah.net and cc to zgqywzq 126.com.
(2)The LOC will arrange the free transport from/to Jinan Airport according to the transport info you provided.Upon your arrival at playing venue,please confirm your return transport with the LOC.
