四、比赛分组
A组：2005年出生至1950年12月31日出生
B组：2006年1月1日出生至2009年12月31日出生
C组：2010年1月1日出生至2013年12月31日出生
五、比赛地点及时间安排
（一）比赛地点：浙江省安吉县中南百草原度假酒店
（二）比赛时间安排：
A组报到时间为2018年11月21日,22日-24日比赛，每天三轮；
B组和C组11月22日下午报到，23日~24日比赛；
11月25日上午颁奖典礼，所有参赛棋手可获得一张价值130元的中南百草原门票，可免费进入百草原游玩一天。
六、竞赛办法
（一）本次比赛A组采用索索夫-8规则，B组和C组采用中国国家体育总局棋牌运动管理中心最新审定的《中国五子棋竞赛规则》(2013版)，设定打点数N=2。
（二）比赛时限：A组每方时限均为90分钟+30秒/手(菲舍尔)，B组和C组时限均为60分钟+30秒/手(菲舍尔)
七、名次区分和录取办法
（一）单循环赛制比较积分区分名次，积分高者名次列前；如积分相同则依次比较小分、胜局区分名次，均为高者列前；如再相同则不涉及录取名次的为并列名次，涉及录取名次的加赛快棋决定最终名次。
（二）积分编排制比赛依次比较积分、对手分、中间对手分、胜局数区分名次，均为高者列前。如再相同，则涉及录取名次的加赛快棋决定最终名次，否则名次并列。
八、奖励办法
（一）各组前3名颁发获奖证书和奖牌；4-8名颁发获奖证书。
（二）奖金：
A组冠军10000元，亚军5000元，季军3000元，4-8名1000元；
B组冠军5000元，亚军3000元，季军1000元，4-8名600元；
C组冠军3000元，亚军2000元，季军1000元，4-8名600元；
（三）A组冠军将会晋升至冠军组中，不准参与下一届的比赛，每四届举办一次冠军组争霸赛，第一名奖励50000元，第二名20000元，第三名10000元，第四名5000元；
（四）B组和C组不设置冠军组，但是每一届的冠军，以后参加该比赛免报名费和食宿费。
九、裁判员和仲裁委员会
（一）比赛设立赛风赛纪委员会。赛风赛纪委员会负责比赛期间赛风赛纪的全面检查和监督。
（二）裁判长、副裁判长由主办单位委派，承办单位根据需要和精干的原则，选派有执裁经验的裁判员担任大会工作。
（三）设立仲裁委员会，仲裁委员会主任、仲裁委员由主办单位任命。
（四）比赛中出现争议，可书面向仲裁委员会提请仲裁并交纳仲裁费1000元，胜诉后退回。
十、比赛经费
（一）参赛费：每人200元。参赛人员食宿、交通费用自理，外地棋手食宿由大会统一安排，食宿标准每人每天300元，本地棋手食宿自理。
（二）外地棋手单张车票超过200元（含），凭车票向组委会领取200元补贴。
（三）比赛期间，有关安全、医疗费用由当事人自行承担。
十一、报名和报到
(一)参赛者全部采用电子报名及发送电子照片，于2018年10月10日前发送至邮箱：anjikj@126.com。请参加比赛人员务必在报名表中注明几人参赛，预订房间数，以收到报名表及所有费用为准，否则不予安排。

（四）报到提交材料
各运动员报到时必须向组委会提交含往返赛区途中及比赛期间人身意外保险材料，未办理保险的不能参赛。
（五）报名后如需人员变更，需经组委会批准，赛前一个月不接受变更。
十二、关于交通
（一）杭州火车东站：每30分钟一班大巴直达安吉客运中心，最迟一班为19:20
（二）湖州高铁站：每小时一班大巴直达安吉客运中心，最迟一班为17:20
（三）杭州萧山机场，有两班直达安吉客运中心的大巴，时间分别为：11:00和17:50
（四）上海浦东机场，乘坐机场七线至上海长途客运南站，然后乘坐大巴至安吉客运中心
（五）安吉客运中心乘出租车到安吉中南百草原度假酒店非常方便，只需15分钟车程

(2)Competitiontimelimit:GroupAeachsidetimelimitis90minutes+30seconds/hand(Fischer),groupBandgroupCtimelimitis60minutes+30seconds/hand(Fischer)
7,rankingdistinctionandadmissionmethod
(1)Inthesingle-cyclecompetitionsystem,thosewithhigherpointsarerankedfirst;ifthepointsarethesame,smallerpointsandthenumberofwinningroundsarerankedfirst;ifstillthesame,thosewithhigherpointsarerankedfirst;iftheyarenotinvolvedintheadmission,thosewithhigherpointsarerankedside-by-side,andthosewithhigherpointswilldecidethefinalposition.
(2)Inthecompetitionofintegralarrangement,thepointsofpoints,opponents,middleopponentsandwinnersarerankedfirst.Ifitisthesameagain,thefinalcontestwillbedecidedonthebasisofthecompetitivespeedofchess,whichisrelatedtotheenrollment.
8,incentives:
(1)thefirst3ofeachgrouppresentedawardsandmedals,and4-8awardedthecertificates.

(3)ThechampionofGroupAwillbepromotedtotheChampionshipgroupandwillnotbeallowedtoparticipateinthenextcompetition.TheChampionshipgroupcompetitionwillbeheldeveryfoursessions.Thefirstprizewillbe50,000yuan,thesecond20,000yuan,thethird10,000yuanandthefourth5,000yuan.
(4)GroupBandGroupCdonotsetupChampionshipgroup,buteachchampion,latertoparticipateinthecompetitionfreeofregistrationfeesandboardandlodgingfees.
9.Refereesandarbitrationcommittees
(1)thecompetitioncommitteeisestablished.Thecompetitioncommitteeisresponsiblefortheoverallinspectionandsupervisionofthematchseason.
(2)Thereferee-generalandvice-referee-generalareappointedbythesponsoringunit,andtheundertakingunit,ontheprincipleofneedanddiligence,appointsrefereeswithexperienceinadjudicatingtoserveasthegeneralmeeting.
(3)Anarbitrationcommitteeshallbeestablished,andthechairmanoftheArbitrationCommissionandthearbitrationcommitteeshallbeappointedbythesponsor.
(4)Ifadisputearisesinacompetition,theArbitrationCommissionmaysubmitawrittenproposalforarbitrationandpayanarbitrationfeeof1000yuan,whichshallbereturnedafterwinningthecase.
10,competitionfunds
(1)entryfee:200yuanperperson.Participantswillpayfortheirownaccommodationandtransportationexpenses.Theboardandlodgingofforeignchessplayerswillbearrangeduniformlybytheconference.Thestandardofaccommodationandboardis300yuanperpersonperday.Localchessplayerswilltakecareoftheirownaccommodationandboard.
(2)theforeignchessplayer'ssingleticketisover200yuan(inclusive),andtheticketissenttotheOrganizingCommitteefor200yuansubsidy.
(3)duringthecompetition,thesafetyandmedicalexpensesarebornebythepartiesthemselves.
